Going up...
The price of gas jumped 10 cents overnight here in KC on the Missouri side. WTF?

FYI: I've noticed a trend in gas prices at the QT at 103rd and Wornall: Up on Thursday night or Friday, down a few pennies on Monday evening, then a big jump on Tuesday morning.

I'm so glad we moved to a dinky "city" where we average 5 or less miles a day driving instead of guzzling gas to get anywhere in So Cal traffic.

I simply can't imagine living in California. I sometimes miss the 6-mile roundtrip commute I used to have... but I don't miss that employer at all! ;)

Gas prices are seriously messed up. I don't buy the whole "The refinery shut down. Prices HAVE to go up 30 Cents." Then when it comes back online, they LEAVE the prices up. It is the same theory when companies cut costs by moving factories overseas. The price of the product they make doesn't go back down! Anyways, I can get irate about this....

Yeah - I just had an experience that brought home to me the rise in gas prices. So glad I can scoot or walk or bicycle most places.

It's an intriguing concept, especially on a pretty day, but I have a 20-mile roundtrip commute.
